Cancellation and refund policy
All hair and product orders are final once payment has been received and the order has been placed with the vendor.
Because hair is ordered specifically based on the customer’s selected length, texture, and quantity, cancellations, changes, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted once the order has been placed with the vendor.
Please make sure you have selected the correct length, texture, quantity, and shipping option before submitting your payment.
Processing and shipping
Please allow up to 3 business days for payment processing and order preparation. Once your order has been processed, shipping times will depend on the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
